The reason Iranian protesters are burning mosques, is not blind hatred, we are not Palestinians. It has a concrete, practical reason, and there is a very important lesson in it for you in the West. ‼️ These mosques are not places of worships, they serve as operation bases for... the regime's militias in residential neighborhoods. Mosques house armories for the Basij militias. They function as headquarters for repression and temporary detention centers for protesters. While this may apply to some, it definitely does not apply to all who protest in support of the Palestinian cause. Many protesters in any protest will have extreme views and agendas, including Pro-Palestinian protesters promoting hatred, however this does not reflect ALL protesters. Most protesters are advocating for aid to civilians, the protection of the innocent, and improvements to the lives of Palestinians. These are noble causes to fight for. A Pro-Palestinian protester is not pro-Hamas. A Pro-Israeli protester is not anti-Palestinian.

When churches are abandoned and later become mosques, it is not a triumph over Christianity. It is a reflection of the decline of religious belief in the West. Muslims do not rejoice at empty churches. We believe it is better for a building to be used for the worship of God than to fall into ruin or be turned into a nightclub. Islam teaches respect for churches, and our tradition protects them. We do not want a world without faith. We want a world that remembers God.

As the son of ‘Ayatollah’ Khazali said in a live interview, “the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has always actively opposed and prevented the construction of a purpose built mosque for the Sunni community in Tehran, because it would look very bad. Sunnis are known to be religious and flock to their mosques, whereas Shia mosques are most of the time empty and often even closed in Iran.” Likewise, the son of ‘Ayatollah’ Motahhari openly stated in the Iranian parliament that Sunnis in Tehran have actual mosque and that it is deeply hypocritical to speak about Sunni Shia unity under such conditions. Of course Daniel Haqiqatjou, who speaks Persian like a four year old, either does not know these things or chooses to ignore them while repeating the regime’s claim that there are Sunni mosques in Tehran. There are no purpose built Sunni mosques in Tehran. What exist are what we call in Persian namazkhanehs, essentially converted houses or flats. Unlike Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians, and even Sikhs, Sunnis are prevented from having visible places of worship in Tehran. As for our Sunni regions, we owe nobody credit for having our own mosques in our own lands which are occupied by the spawns of the Safavids.

Sunnis are known to be religious and flock to their mosques, whereas Shia mosques are most of the time empty and often even closed in Iran.” Likewise, the son of ‘Ayatollah’ Motahhari openly stated in the Iranian parliament that Sunnis in Tehran have actual mosque and that it is deeply hypocritical to speak about Sunni Shia unity under such conditions. Of course Daniel Haqiqatjou, who speaks Persian like a four year old, either does not know these things or chooses to ignore them while repeating the regime’s claim that there are Sunni mosques in Tehran. There are no purpose built Sunni mosques in Tehran. What exist are what we call in Persian namazkhanehs, essentially converted houses or flats. Unlike Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians, and even Sikhs, Sunnis are prevented from having visible places of worship in Tehran. As for our Sunni regions, we owe nobody credit for having our own mosques in our own lands which are occupied by the spawns of the Safavids.

One thing is very clear: for the Taliban in Afghanistan and the regime in Iran, everything they call “haram” for the people is perfectly “halal” for themselves. They enjoy full freedoms with no restrictions. In Afghanistan, women are banned from education and women are removed from society, while the Taliban’s own daughters study freely abroad. In Iran, women are imprisoned or even killed over hijab, but for the regime all is fine and not forbidden. These two examples from two countries show that both regimes use Islam as a tool of control. both are lie and they just fight for power not for Islam and not for rights or people. If there is law or Sharia, it should apply to everyone equally — not just to suppress women and ordinary people.
