You just lie and lie. President Biden bought his Rehobeth beach house in 2017 when he was no longer a government employee and had just signed a $10 million book deal. He bought the house for $2.7 million. He bought his first home the former DuPont mansion for $185,000 in 1974. In 1996 he bought their home in Wilmington Delaware for $350,000. Now I know you say you're smart, but you don't show any evidence of it, but value of homes from 1974, 1996, and 2017 has gone up.
