The driver noticed that SAPS members had a white power in a small plastic, which they were attempting to plant in his car, the driver was coming from work. When the driver asked them why are they planting drugs in his car, they failed to answer, instead they started making calls and the driver was not arrested. The male SAPS member can be seen playing with a white substance packaged in small plastic bag. It is unclear how many people have been the victims of this SAPS crimes.
