@katherineOma The red cards work likely ONLY if you have a camera recording the questioning. If she has not had a camera recording where they could see, then they would've likely pulled her out of the car and taken her to an immigration detention center. Record every conversation.

If a strange man walked up to my car with his entire face covered, I’m not opening my window. I think it’s entirely ridiculous to expect people to expose themselves to people they cannot identify. At the very least, local police w badge numbers, etc., should be present.

It is so sad to me that law enforcement operates with such deception. I used to believe that the police would not knowingly overstep their bounds. Now I know that the first thing I should do is ask for an attorney because they just make stuff up.
