@bIoodfountain They are. Because it makes people more visible in dark, it also makes people visible hiding in bushes or behind stuff since low foliage settings removes the majority of cover. They do it on purpose to get an edge on performance and seeing other players.

Many are just aggressively taking closer-range engagements. So, they prioritize spray weapons and shotguns instead of risking missing a shot close up with a weapon that excels primarily in mid-range fights. The renegade is a poke weapon after all, just like the anvil.
