I once had dinner at a restaurant where everyone was blind. It was quite the experience. We sat in the dark, and the waiters came to take our orders. Throughout the process, you don’t realize that the waiters are blind. You just sit in the dark, constantly wondering how no one bumps into chairs or tables. But at the end, when you're ready to leave, they reveal that they are blind, and the waiter introduces himself. The appreciation for the experience is on another level because, for a moment, you step into the life of someone who is blind.

Damn I used to have dementia when I worked at Wendy’s

This is the best restaurant! Years ago I realized that I didn't enjoy going out to eat because I was searching menus for things I liked and why not just pay less at home? Now I always ask the server to just "bring me something good", their personal favorite, or whatever the restaurant is known for -- what they think is the best. Results were amazing. Ive received many dishes I would have never considered to order, and my pallet has expanded dramatically. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Be open to new experiences. The horizons of your life will expand dramatically. You will be better for it.
