The Rivers Assembly has given the Rivers state Governor Sim Fubara a deadline of 48 hours to present the 2025 budget.

Fubara in deep mess. I hope he finds a way sooner than later. Even if he presents the budget, I doubt if the new Assembly will approve… this might actually leads to his impeachment

These members status have not yet been determined in court. For now they have lost their seats till the appeal court rules. The Supreme Court did not validate their status they are merely constituting a nuisance
