distraction from the wisdom teeth removal scam... at a certain point you can use a sterilized metal object to push the gum away from the tooth where it's poking through, it'll hurt a tiny bit but a lot less than having a psychopath pull part of your skull out mild pain for a few days then ur fine. also X-raying your head... no need for that either... they'll come through naturally, please don't fall for this scam, having them removed means your jaw will form weirdly (they usually do it to teens and younger AFAIK)

I am so glad my dentist was upfront with me. He is a cash only (does not accept any insurance). He said he'd recommend pulling the tooth and refuses to do root canals because eventually you'll pull the tooth anyways and it saves everyone time and money.
