I was diabetic by medical standards with 2 of my pregnancies. I managed it with diet and exercise. Never once took insulin or meds. It's all about diet and exercise. You've gotta eat protein and balance every carb with protein.

My mom reversed her type 2 by intermittent fasting, clean eating mostly protein, and fast walking 30 min a day. The main thing was every time she quit exercising regularly her numbers would jump back up. I do believe exercise is the key to most of our cures.

How can i follow this guy ?

I have moved to one meal a day with NO SNACKS between that meal. It amounts to about a 21 hour fasting windows daily. Feel great!!

Ever deal with severe neuropathy

One meal a day and fasting is key

The same food can produce more insulin if we eat too often during the day. I had developed insulin issue as my body started to produce too much and my blood sugar started to go below the normal. Then I started to eat more often because it then I realised I learn, by changing diet, adding herbs and increasing the timeframe between meal fixed my insulin that good that even a week without food did not cause a low blood sugar problem.

Fasting.

Snacking is recommended for type ONE diabetics. Type 2 nope. Otherwise, agree. Exercise is important also, calories are meant for energy, if u don't burn em you didn't earn em!
