My son is autistic so know exactly what she is going through!

It should be mandatory for all police officers to be trained on how to identify and interact with those who have autism/other such conditions. Knowing how to correctly use such techniques (as shown in the video) to calm an individual could save lives/subdue any potential threat.

Being a Autism Mom of a 21 year old.. I Can definitely relate.. I can also say it gets better ♥️

Im a Dad of an 18 year old autistic son. Autistic kids need discipline established early and often for everyone's safety. I believe that Dads play that very critical role. I'm sad to say I've been the only Dad in every parent support group for the last 17 years in both MD and FL.

The ignorant Qt and comments need to stop one person said he would throw the child in the video down the stairs Several of you said you would beat some a.. this is not how you treat a child or adult with ASD. I am gentle with my son and I will continue to be gentle and advocate for him as much as possible!

They need to teach this technique to everyone especially Police departments, cuz God Forbid they had been called

A 15 year old autistic boy in my area was just shot by police fornhav8ng an episode 2 days ago. They blamed the parents instead of trigger happy cops.
