My wife has been a cardiac nurse for 22 years and the categorizations have made no difference. The shortages have come from the COVID-19 epidemic. Period. So many nurses left the industry and that gap has never been made up. That’s the real issue. This woman is ridiculous and thinks because she tries to talk professionally everyone is going to fall in line and believe everything she says. We’re all not Somalies.

Overworked nurses and CNA’s is not new. I am 60 now. I loved my job but it was not easy. Back then, patients were shaved, bathed, fed, dressed and not left in their bed all day. Carefiving, whether nurses or CNAs or MAs has to be in your heart.
