The science shows sulfide-ore copper mining pollution would harm the pristine waters of the BWCAW. A bill up in the House today would undo all of the progress we've made to #SaveTheseWaters. I spoke out against it because future generations deserve to experience this place.

I offered a motion to send this bill back to committee. The House should instead consider my bill, the Boundary Waters Wilderness Protection and Pollution Prevention Act, to permanently protect the #BWCA watershed from this type of harmful mining.

The science doesn’t. The activitists say that. People like Betty want everything going to electricity, yet don’t quite get the science of how things like nickel and copper are needed to make that happen.

Is this your district? No it’s not, cause you’re my rep. Please concern yourself with issues here. Let those in northern MN deal with Mr. stauber as they see fit. Northern MN is not your concern.
