Kamala Harris: The senate judiciary committee has the power to create the rules for its committee they don't have to go to the whole senate for a vote We should demand if we win back the senate that the senate judiciary committee have the strength to put in place rules that would include if a nominee for a federal court or the supreme court comes before them and starts lying, that they hold them in contempt.
