The 1st Hip-Hop/Rap concert I went to was the Sugar Hill Gang & Sequence tour. I think I was 11 or 12

Plain & simple,#AngieStone,the early pioneer for female hip-hop groups,NeoSoul was exploited due to her child-of-God kind,but being “nice” led to a “pack” made by record executives to financially short-change her on intellectual property compensation.

I bought that original SEQUENCE track and am a Day 1 fan of the late, great Angie Stone, Queen of Rap, Funk, Soul, R&B and NeoSoul she did it all with excellence! Rest in peace and power. May all your dreams come true and the truth be revealed.
