I once felt closer to God telling others how they weren't. Paul Washer is this type of person, I used to follow his teachings. I believe he really does love the Lord, I just wonder if he truly understands just how much God loves him. Performance salvation = despair

Paul Washer needs deliverance from the demon spirit of condemnation. Personally, I don’t like him. Did Jesus condemn so much? Does the Holy Spirit? Is not God longsuffering? And he’s wrong about foreign churches. I’ve traveled and evangelized many times. Always glad to receive us

Salvation comes by Faith alone in Christ, in the death, the burial and resurrection of Christ. That's how a man get saved.. Repentance( Change of Mindset) is an ongoing process in a Believer and that's what we call the renewing of our minds

This is an Evangelist. They get the message to you and break whatever you think you are with the grace at work in them. You meet them laughing at your sins and left weeping in repentance.

I’ve watched it several times over my life and I think Paul Washer suffers from pride and needs Christ-like humility. How does he know what’s in those kids hearts? Fundamentally I agree with his teaching, but he is wrong here.

This is not the gospel…. The Apostles preached Jesus Christ, and we have do what He ( Jesus Christ our Lord ) and the His Apostles did…. This breeds performance,critical spirit and religious spirit… Take your time to read the scriptures. You start with ; 1 cor 15

Paul Washer is wrong here. I did not feel peace with God until I prayed what I call the sinners prayer and told God I wanted to be saved. Only when I prayed that prayer did peace come.

Well he's a liar because the original 1609 baptists were general. The sinners prayer? Sure that's dumb. But he's a particular Baptist and I know his implication. The first baptists didn't believe that.

Romans 5:9. Don't forget the meaning and significance of his blood. Without the blood there can be no justification.

I disagree,The process of Salvation doesn't begin with repentance [Renewing of the mind], it begins with total surrender, repentance [Renewing of the mind] is a an ongoing process, it's not a one day process. Anything other than that is condemnation.

Isn’t repentance the work? Listen again. He said it “by faith alone …and repentance.” Is that faith alone?
