After recently trying to deal with canceling a service, this is some welcome news. There is nothing more painful than trying to cancel a cellphone service or internet service, they bounce you from person to person, drop the call, try and upsell you, it’s a terrible experience. Canceling online will be a game changer.

The decline of Tim Hortons is really a microcosm for the decline of Canada writ large. Foreign owned, overrun with foreign workers, terrible quality service and product, no more sense of community.

I exchanged a Poco M4 Pro that is in excellent condition. Even the screen protector that came pre-installed, the original charger, was there in exchange. The Flipkart employee wasted my time for 40 minutes before rejecting the smartphone for bent concerns. Such terrible, terrible service from Flipkart. Flipkart should train these people who waste our time.
