THE SHEER EMOTIONS HOLY HELL

This Season was peak guys What a rollercoaster

Bro same IKEEEE TOKAI TEIOOOOOOOO

AND ITS REAL TOKAI TEIO WON THE 1993 ARIMA KINEN AFTER A YEAR WITHOUT A SINGLE RACE A HORSE GETTTING A FRACTURE IS NORMALLY CAREER ENDING AND SHE GOT THREE AND DIDNT GIVE UP A LITERAL MIRACLE RUN

Best part is this is based of the IRL Tokai Teio’s story and his 1993 Arima Kinen race

Context is she broke/fractured her leg 3 times before this race and was basically fated to lose... you can't really recover from that as a foot racer, but she did.

s2 in nutshell :

Watching s2 got me feeling man

Mcqueen's reaction is what gets me everytime

There’s a you say run edit, also i need Teio’s legs wrapped around my face ngl

Season 2 is peak Uma Musume. Also, I've never seen people recognize her, but the commentary lady is the unsung goat of the series. So much of the emotion of these races run through her amazing casting!

TOKAI TEIOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A story like this is only futher great when you realize tokai teio means the price. And he was son of symboli Rudolf. This was the win that made him just as legendary as his dad actull goat stuff

Me after this 😢🥲

I was cheering on Biwa :(

Now you know why she has the phoenix costume.

The irl japanese narrator could not believe his eyes. Imagine the impact of an almost broken honse making a comeback after a year out of competition. Absolute hachimi.

Absolute peak I genuinely cried, trully a Triumphant return of the Monarch

Uma PEAK!

mambo

Me on my way to the shitter

absolute cinema. But unfortunately umamusume peaked in season 2, season 3 just couldn't reach these heights, nor the movies (although the Tachyon movie came close).

It's the cutest thing ever but... NICE NATURE 3RD OOMMMG I BUST A LAUGH WHEN I SAW HER MY GIRL CANT OVERCOME THE CURSE

Satomi Akesaka's performance as the caster was stellar in this part.

I made this little edit myself, a small token of appreciation to our beloved daughter.

Man all the construction on this scene was pure Masterpiece. No matter how many times I watch this particular scene, always give goosebumps.

When homestretch haste procs

Cygames ugly cry hits different.

AGAINST ALL ODDS

I cried big time

Makes me tear up every damn time. Easily one of the best scenes ever.

You know how serious shit it is when irl race the people who bet on Biwa Hayahide also wants Teio to win
