@AimeeBill2023 I've been sitting in the dark for years because these damn LED lights give me headaches. And the car lights that are like insanely bright that are LEDs. I've limited my driving at night because of them. I hate them so much.

HUMAN EYE CAN'T REGISTER THE FLICKER, SO IT DOESEN'T DO ANY HARM. HIS FLICKERING LED'S ARE PROBABLY SOME CHEAP AMAZON ONES AND CAN BE UPGRADED WITH ADDING A CAPPACITOR TO STOP THE FLICKERING EVEN FOR CAMERA TLDR THIS GUY IS FULL OF SHIT.

Causes migraines too. I won’t let my husband turn them on in the bedroom if I am in there. Your brain CAN see the flicker.
