My cousin had crohns disease for quite some time. Once he moved into his own place he removed much of the stress from his life and ate primarily carnivore / keto and within 6 month most of his symptoms went away. It has been a few years now and he seems to not have crohns anymore. Not saying it will work for everyone, but getting all your needed minerals and cutting carbs/sugar out really helps reset your digestive system and can rebalance you gut health. Which much of crohns starts due to high stress, genetics and bad gut health. Just something to consider trying, it does not work for everyone but certainly helps with lots of the symptoms even if it does not fully heal / get rid of the illness. Just sharing my experience maybe it will help someone, idk.
