I think there are two main issues. Selfishness and spinelessness. Life has become far far too easy, there is a complete lack of responsibility for their own lives, a total lack of willingness to put others or something bigger before self. People very largely are wet, weak, lazy and self obsessed. As a father of two I wish I’d had 4. Having children is THE greatest pleasure of life, by a million miles and that message needs to be pushed much harder. And much of this stems from government, media and our wider society over the last 60 yrs. we were told you can have it all, job, social life, money, freedom AND a family…that’s a lie. You can’t. But of that list our entire society has spent the last 60 yrs convincing us that family is bottom of that list when it used to be top. Until government, media, schools, businesses and every single part of society change their messaging, nothing will change. Until then it’s up to us, as parents to push parenthood on our kids. I’ve been brainwashing my two sons into it since an early stage and thankfully they both are keen to get cracking, hopefully 2 or 3 kids each will result…although not quite yet. As Roy Keane would say “it’s your job”.

@ColinBrazierTV You are correct about family dynamics Colin. A first born child is more likely to suffer from 'ADHD' - as is a child from a single parent family. We've been lied to about the origins of what are now considered common childhood behavioural conditions. Our society is in trouble.

@ColinBrazierTV Poor care nearly killed me and cost my son a terrible death. The Trust where that happened today posted that women can't give birth in one of its hospitals "due to unsafe levels of medical staffing." Behind small families and childlessness can lie the most awful stories, Colin.

IMHO the main reasons we are having less kids (im not pro/anti on particulars here, just stating my interpretation - but crucially I have split them into 2 distinct groups): 1. Birth Control 2. Womans Rights Act / Equality Act 3. The political influence of the far left on academia.

@ColinBrazierTV I was reared with Christian family values and my parents generation seldom divorced. Once a woman gives birth she’s financially or help dependent to return to work. Imagine your shopping is now reliant on the father after being self sufficient. Women think twice.

@ColinBrazierTV I married a widower with 2 boys. He said he wouldn't deny me a child. It was a girl, and he was ecstatic. Shortly after, I went through a very early menopause. Only my daughter is up for having kids, even though she's Type 1 diabetic, which presents its own problems.

@ColinBrazierTV If women get strong men, they'll want babies with them. This is where not only the left, but also this rightoid boomer failed. How stupid do you have to be to think punishing men, thus making them less attractive, is the solution? Help the boys early, and you'll help the girls.

We raise our children to serve G-d, contribute to the world. The wests enemies birth children for death. We choose life, joyful life!

@ColinBrazierTV Israelis aren’t just having children because they know we need to sustain the Jewish people. In the 1st chapter of the Torah we are commanded to Be fruitful and Multiply. It is in our culture to be family & community oriented. Israel supports this lifestyle.

@ColinBrazierTV Isreal have free health and education there . Well free in the sense that US tax payers pay for it. In UK our younger generation knows that they can never afford to retire so don't want children but want to live before they stuck on the hamster wheel of death.
