Silver went to $50 during the 90s? I thought it was only in the late 70s and 2011 it hit 50. Going back through historical charts. It shows it only got to 7-8 bux during the 90s.

Rick Rule sees silver as a speculation, saying he buys gold for fear and silver for greed.
