Silver went to $50 during the 90s? I thought it was only in the late 70s and 2011 it hit 50. Going back through historical charts. It shows it only got to 7-8 bux during the 90s.

Rick Rule sees silver as a speculation, saying he buys gold for fear and silver for greed. His preferred way to play it is through silver equities, not physical silver, because he believes many silver stocks are cheaper than the metal itself. With less than 20% of annual supply coming from primary silver mines and industrial demand still growing, he expects the next precious metals bull phase to eventually shift leadership from gold to silver, creating explosive upside in the right silver stocks.
