5.3% Body Fat on Dexa Confirmed All right, so I just got my body fat results back. We did the DEXA scan, and I clocked in at 5.3% body fat. This is the leanest I've ever been. Two years ago, when I got lean, I was 7.3% body fat. And guess what? I kept all the muscle. My lean body mass is the same. In fact, if I eat a bit more for a few days, I can pump my lean body mass up a couple pounds and be even bigger than I was two years ago. So, this is fantastic. But the cool part is, it's been enjoyable. It's been so easy to stay at this body fat with a little bit of a weekly tirzepatide. And when I did my testosterone results recently, my T levels are 760, which is high, but my free T is above the reference range.
