They Don’t Want You To Have Body Armor Bill- H.R. 3247 introduced “Framework to restrict the purchase, ownership, or possession of enhanced body armor by civilians. It appears they don't want us to have body armor” “Let's dive into this a little bit more. — The term enhanced body armor means body armor including a helmet or shield with a ballistic resistance that meets or exceeds the ballistic performance standard of a type 3 armor as determined using the NIJ standard. So, level 3, level 3 plus, level 4, so on and so forth, that would be considered, enhanced body armor. I don't know if that means level 3 a is okay, but I don't think any of that matters. The fact that they're trying to do this, they're trying to prevent civilians from owning body armor doesn't sit well with me. So if I were you and I didn't have any body armor, I'd probably just get some. It's not gonna hurt to have it. At least once you have it, they're probably not gonna be able to take it away.”

If you put the trailer on 25% speed and watch the Kinsect instead of the glaive itself you'll notice quite a few new exciting bits of tech! We've noticed: Clouds are back as primers and detonators! (Potential for healing, blast, para, sleep, attack!) Potential offset on the new unswing move. Boosted pierce for the Kinsect off the DT. Kinsect auto collects essence on the new boost bracer ground move; likely up to all three with a Kinsect that can do so. Potential for DT charged RSS followup from the pierce attack initiated from the Boost offset! Man was at a parade wearing concealed armor and had a concealed firearm. He wasn't suspected of any crime but a police officer "noticed" the armor and detained him. He admitted to having the gun, armor, and knife on him and was held, without charges, for hours. The Martin County, FL Sheriff's Department then stole his gun, his knife, and armor and released him. He has not been charged with any crimes but the local deputies did rob him at gunpoint and admit they did so (they'd word it differently but that's what they did...).
