Why did you suspend my account? And it’s been more than 4 days now! I don’t want to loose it for nothing!

It’s been over two weeks since I was logged out of my account at random, and this error message has been popping up every time I try to do a selfie video verification since Dec. 23rd. When are you going to fix this so users can at least keep trying to get back into their account?

I got my instagram account suspended more than 2weeks ago and the msg I got on my appeal request is that it takes 1day! And now it seems to be completely disabled since no one can find it &the DMs are deleted but I still see this msg when I try to login! I don’t want to loose it

How much do you pay staff to create and push these accounts? Secondly, how much do you pay for staff to review reports on these accounts and reply that they don’t violate anything. 😉
