It’s been over two weeks since I was logged out of my account at random, and this error message has been popping up every time I try to do a selfie video verification since Dec. 23rd. When are you going to fix this so users can at least keep trying to get back into their account?

I got my instagram account suspended more than 2weeks ago and the msg I got on my appeal request is that it takes 1day! And now it seems to be completely disabled since no one can find it &the DMs are deleted but I still see this msg when I try to login! I don’t want to loose it

Can yall explain to me why a motivational comment from me on reels expressing things will get better for a depressed person got my account suspended from commenting for 7 days, meanwhile a reel I reported with literal dead bodies in it was allowed to stay up on your platform?
