In Cameron, Wisconsin, detectives with the Barron County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the residence of John Bradley after Microsoft flagged multiple automated CyberTips to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Illicit, disturbing files were actively being uploaded and routed through an IP address directly tied to his home. When investigators executed the initial search warrant and seized Bradley’s desktop computer, forensic analysts spent months peeling back the layers of the hard drives. What they found wasn't an accidental cache or rogue adware: analysts uncovered well over 100 illicit images and videos of underage children deliberately saved and stored across the system. When detectives returned to confront him, Bradley leaned hard into what seems like the classic "weaponized ignorance" defense. He admitted to using DuckDuckGo to browse pornography, but claimed he was baffled by the technology—insisting mysterious tabs opened on their own, sidebars moved inexplicably, and files must have somehow auto-saved without his knowledge. I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. And she also declares that she knows Andrew "did this," meaning commit a child sex crime, even though the central claims of his accuser have been resoundingly discredited, including by US government investigators, according to newly released Epstein Files that Kara evidently never got a chance to read. But in any event, "show me the man and I'll show you the crime" used to be regarded as the quintessential Stalinist ethos of how to enforce criminal law. Kara explicitly calls on the US to import this once-reviled philosophy, because in her mind, "everybody's dirty" who was ever associated with Epstein, in any way, ever. She therefore calls for a US special counsel of some sort, to pursue further prosecutions on the basis of her newly embraced Stalinist philosophy. I think it’s time to talk about it 🙂‍↕️ I was delaying it because the scene messed me up in every possible way. From the moment he entered the room panting in anger, to the moment he subconsciously hid her behind his back to protect her when he heard the Kordağlıs were coming. When he entered the room like that (and he even knocked, but… since when does Serhat knock? 🌚), he scared her, because a part of her knew exactly how crazy this would make him. Because despite everything he did, despite the divorces and all the silence, she always knew he cared. And hell… he DID 😭 Serhat shouting “You can’t marry” in the same place where he once told her “It’s your life, I’m not responsible for it”??? C I N E M A! Yıldız gasping, crying, trying to catch her breath while arguing… #BiranDamlaYılmaz , you did NOT have to be this perfect 😭 When she said “Bir kere sen çıldır, yeter,” she was at her limit. There was that tiny second of silence while she was desperately gasping, and he just looked at her, helpless, not knowing how to save both of them from this mess. Y: You gave up on me. S: No, YOU gave up on me. With all disrespect… Sir??? I know he didn’t mean to hurt her, I know he was hurting too, but accusing HER of giving up, when from her POV he is the one who let go? He didn’t even touch the tattoo on her chest. He was locking her in place, making sure she couldn’t escape (as if she could). When he turned her around, he kept her trapped in his arms. Her cracked voice saying, “You still didn’t say you didn’t give up on me,” I wanted to hug her and cry until sunrise 😭 Then she put her strong mask back on, telling him not to enter her room like that, because she will soon be engaged💔 And btw, I’m 100% sure if it wasn’t for the Kordağlıs, he would NOT have left without kissing her. In my head, they kissed. There is no universe where Serhat left that room untouched after that tension. I tried my best to write with my sanity on! 26 year old man busted at the hotel-motel being a predator with a 16 year old in his room. A young woman woke up to find her 16-year-old sister missing from their home.
