Most of the builders in the country are cowboys, and not skilled enough for the projects they are undertaking. Nigeria needs to go back to the drawing board because these builders are incompetent & poorly trained to build. Buildings must be rigid enough to withstand the elements.

When I said that most engineers in Enugu alone are quacks, some people came for my head but truth will always be truth.
