He sawed the wheel off the back of the car and made a rim fir the front of the car, after installing it on the front of the car he drives off but never put a wheel back on the back ofbthe car.

That rim is nothing like the rim it replaced and it looks like crap. Also, what about the other three rims, did you make three more crappy rims to replace those? Seriously, for the labor you wasted, you could have just bought a new rim to replace the old one.

Uhh the damaged rim is aluminum and the one he used to help do repair was steel. It’s obvious with the welding. You can’t weld a steel peice to aluminum like that.
