This narrative has been going since the year 2000 when China entered the WTO. The problem is they don't play by the rules. These companies who are doing business there are finding all kinds of problems, although they really want access to that massive market. There's no question about that. It's just their IP gets stolen all the time. They can't litigate when they have a dispute. There's no way to resolve it. The Chinese use the American courts to litigate their interests here and in the US, and many other things they do here. So a lot of this discussion is to try and balance the playing field, and one would hope that could happen, but it never has. That's why Trump is using tariffs to trying to squeeze them into submission. We'll see what the next round looks like.

‼️Just A Reminder After Watching Baron Coleman's Show Last Night —The IRS Did OFFICIALLY Open An Investigation Into TPUSA, So No LIES Told. Baron made some interesting points about that December 2025 IRS letter to Erika Kirk. However, that letter does not tell the full story. I have a separate letter, dated April 9, 2026, that was sent directly to a member of my research team in response to a formal complaint they filed against Turning Point USA. That letter confirms the IRS opened an investigation. This is a real document. It exists. And it directly contradicts the narrative that “there is no investigation.” Baron is right that the December letter looked rushed and potentially coordinated. But the existence of a later letter from April 2026 responding to a complaint about TPUSA shows that an investigation was, in fact, opened at some point. Also of note is that both Erika Kirk (Erika Kirk) and Scott Bessent (Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent) were in New York City at the NYT DealBook Summit on December 3rd, 2025 — the day before the controversial IRS letter is dated. In my opinion, this is most likely where they cooked up this plan to manufacture that letter, without even doing any real research to verify whether the claims were true or not. This is further proof of collusion between the Trump administration and Turning Point USA. Anyone who has said Turning Point USA has been under IRS investigation is standing on solid ground. For years this type of purchases were flying under the radar and they were keeping the homeowners names anonymous. And that's all about to change right Now. Starting with December 1, 2025, FinCEN will require a full real estate report for all the purchases for residential real estate in US that are connected to trust, LLCs or corporations. This will give the federal government the ability to see who actually owns these properties and how they were able to fund it. Now who needs to report this? Well, whoever closes the deal. On a platform full of negativity please please share this beautiful video full of positivity! This got pretty emotional. We handed over £10,000 to the incredible team at ADAPT Oxford money raised by some amazing lads in our M.A.T.E community. Meeting so many lads face-to-face, some who’d come through our Facebook group, guys now living clean in their dry houses and genuinely trying to turn their lives around... it hit me hard. We're literally saving lives together, Adapt & M.A.T.E.S. All the chats, the support, the posts on social media, the podcast, the AMAZING work Adapt do – seeing it play out in the real world felt surreal. This is what it's all about. At M.A.T.E, we are a community that supports men, we see the wider picture and recognise others within our sector and the incredible work they do. THE MOST IMPORTANT Q&A OF MEDIA DAY. Mariana: You came from a very solid weekend on top of everything, but at the same time, it seems that you don't feel that the team is listening to you. Am I right? And how do you balance that? Lewis: I feel like we're going in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in one day, so it takes time to build. For me, coming into the team, I wanted to be respectful of the way they've done things in the past and just to really observe and see where our strengths and where our weaknesses are and to highlight where our weaknesses are and areas that we need to work on. But I do feel that they've been responding. I think you're starting to see, hopefully, some of the impact of the work that we're doing in the background and also into next year's car. This is a car that I've had nothing to do with in terms of developing this car over the years. Hopefully, from next year, my input goes into that car, and that will be a car that I've hopefully been a part of or will have been a part of developing. But I think we've got a really great rapport. I think we're really progressing, particularly since the summer break. I think things have started to get better, and it's all just about building trust and communication. Also, I'm coming into a team that English is not the first language, and I don't speak Italian, so it's finding a common ground. And the fact is we all want to win. We're all here to achieve the same thing, and we've got to just keep pushing. So that's why I'm trying to keep everyone motivated on difficult weekends, trying to keep everyone lifted up. But there have been many, many things we've changed this year that I suggested that they hadn't done in the past, and so they have been listening. It doesn't change straight away, just like that. It takes time to build. And as engineers, they really need proof. They need numbers. That's what they work on. The Hadrian team has proven that while they may not sleep, they can do the impossible: we're excited to announce that we went from 0 to production on our new Mesa, AZ factory in less than six months. In July, we had an AI render and a signed lease. By December, we had a full stand up of Opus and more machines landed than we have across all our Torrance facilities. We hit the on switch before Christmas, and formally went live on 1/1. We cannot understate how ridiculously hard this is. Many reasonable people doubted our ability to pull this off, but there is no other team of men and women in the country that dares to win like the Hadrian team. A bottomless thank you to this killer team for powering through every obstacle and moving at the pace this moment demands. Everyone involved should be incredibly proud. Keep an eye on this space: this quarter, we’ll be onboarding our enterprise customers into F3’s added capacity, expanding our product offerings into new capabilities, and ramping hard from AZ and beyond. We will be doing a formal ribbon cutting in late January for customers, but in the interim, here’s some highlight reel from our standup journey, including a live shot of metal flying on New Year’s Eve 2025.
