The stewards at Uttoxeter Racecourse have explained the decision further to Josh Apiafi...

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi It’s hard to see Josh because there is nothing to see! This is up there with the worst stewards inquiry ever

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi There are a series of cock ups. Firstly, why can’t you announce a stewards enquiry before the result, whoever decided on this rule🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Secondly the Stewards wasn’t announced immediately after result so we started paying out, this is a blatant lie and also why not say poss enq?

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi Shocking this

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi Hold on so the stewards are saying if a horse changes its legs and impeads another horse there's grounds for an enquiry. I'd invite them to watch any race ever run.... Joke

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi One of the worst decisions i can remember, just incredible . 🤔

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi There should be an inquiry about the stewards decision.

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi Absolutely ridiculous

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi The worst decision i have ever seen. Racecourse stewards are not fit for purpose. Need ex jockeys instead.

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi What travesty Danny McMenimum gave Flic ou voyou a super ride and stewards should never have amended the result. Hope they are heading for spec savers in the morning 😡

@UttoxeterRaces @joshapiafi I just hope the Hogarth yard do the right thing and appeal this awful decision! In no way shape or form has that impacted the eventual winner!
