Hell, I'm 58 and wondering where I can find a program like this that will get me back into exercising slowly. I'm going to need skills like coordination, balance, stability as much or more now that I'm older.

I remember my youth development program in the 50s. Climbing trees Jumping on stones to cross the creek. Swimming in the Erie Canal. Ignoring No Trespassing signs to play in construction zones Walking to all Little League practices Shoveling snow to play driveway basketball

All accounts true. Adults admire kids' energy but often stifle play, limiting exploration, risking kids quitting sports. Some kids in the video explore differently. Still in single file? We are unaware of how structured we truly are. Rethink movement w. decision.
