Craziest sun I’ve ever seen

Can confirm, there was neutral apocalyptic ish smoke in my state, when sun was poking through, it had that gradient red appearance. There were times where it still have the smoke overcast and I'd see red rays being cast in the mudroom while having trouble finding the sun.

Yea we had Hella wildfires here in Colorado and that’s exactly what is going on. The sun looks crazy like that. Solar flash maybe sometime but right now it’s just smoke in the atmosphere.
