Here it goes, not verbatim - when the mind keeps talking and racing, there are judgements floating around in ur head and you can’t seem to silence your mind and attain the meditative state, as you observe your thoughts, ask the thought itself -so? And? What if it is? Consciousness turns on itself and it is the greatest orgasm. Bliss at last!
