It is the centralized database where all information about us is gathered from the flock cameras, phones, TVs. To resist we need to stop the datacenters, spying devices like flock cameras, and keep our phones in metal boxes when we arw not using them.

At the end of the video the news announcer says it's up to the different police departments if they use Flock or other mass surveillance technologies. He is incorrect. It is up to the PEOPLE, not the police departments.
