Nago will remain at Level 3 for a set amount of time even if he would normally trigger blood rage, once the effect ends any amount of blood gauge that would have been added/reduced during the state will be changed all at once.

🚨CRONOS IS BACK ONLINE AFTER THE HALT! Cronos Network said the chain is producing blocks again after validators stopped it to contain the Tectonic exploit. It restored the chain to a state from before that attack and restarted from block 90,896,189. Ryan Wyatt, CEO of Cronos, said the halt was meant to protect users and that services would come back shortly. Some apps, RPCs, explorers and bridges will take longer. A full postmortem is still coming.

The "Volga" costs 4.2 million rubles and more, while the Geely Monjaro costs about 1.5 million rubles in China. The new Aurus Senat 900 has turned out to be a copy of the Hongqi H9. Russians are being asked to pay 10-12 million rubles for it, while the Chinese original can be bought for around 4 million rubles. The "Russian spirit" comes at a cost, apparently.
