I work on the bread wrap line. So we put the loaves in plastic. Or rather a machine cuts it into sliced bread then a machine puts it in a bag then a machine ties the bag then a man loads 10 in a tray and stacks it 15 high on a dolly for the loading dock where it is shipped.
