Who tf thought of creating the technical license in the first place

Its not bad at all to introduce new players to the games techniques, but why are some of them SO DAMN HARD

I wish that the final challenge had some error branch or something because I keep missing like ten jellies. It's hard for no reason

and even this is easier than the fuckass zipline one

How do you unlock the ability to do technical license? Idk if my game is bugged but every time I get something related to it is says technical license unlocks escape lvl blank, like it doesn't give me a level.
