A Tesla coil speaker is cool because it uses the principles of a Tesla coil to produce sound by creating visible lightning-like sparks that are modulated to create musical tones, essentially making music with lightning. It is electrifying indeed!⚡️

Plasma can give off audio like this too without the coil when an ionized and encoded mazer beam (or similar like radar) is directed at a reflective surface. There are some naval ships, including the USS Little Rock sitting in port in Philly, before it's final decommission, that probably have had this capability for some time. They can likely make larger scale plasma ball fireworks, AKA foo fighters with their on-board systems. There now jets and drones that carry plasma tech too all inspired from a similar phenomenon to what you see here.
