I had 7 kids in the 70s and 80s and our parents didn't ever watch our kids or have sleepovers. I even had my kids at home and not even brought a meal over.I see and babysit my 25 grands whenever needed and have had them for weeks at a time. I'm the grandma I wanted for my kids ❤️

My mother-in-law keeping my kids when they were little was one of the best things in their lives. I can’t express how much they love her and were loved by her. Every kid should have the chance to learn who their grandparents are.

I can relate. These Boomers suck. I guess that’s the result of growing up during Americas best years. They to used to living their best lives..

Lots of attacks on boomers lately. I see it everywhere. The 'Controllers' want us divided and I guess sending out a whiny little bitch like this guy to make broad sweeping statements about boomers (maybe Gen X looking at the age of him) is next on their agenda.

Every circumstance is different. I raised my 3 daughters in the 90’s with ZERO help from anyone. And couldn’t afford babysitters. I was raised in the 70’s without grandparents involved at all. I currently watch my grandson 4-5 times a week and I have a job. I’m genX not a boomer

I know many people my age who are very involved with "watching" or babysitting for their grandchildren....but the deal is, its your kid dude, you take care of it...perhaps there is some other reason...are his parents still working? Are one of them sick? Is there a circumstance within the family itself.....so I take videos like this with a grain of salt because there is always two sides or three sides to every story....just my opinion of course...😊

Show up for your kids and grandkids. Period. Stop pretending on social media like you are a superhero. Typing this from my son’s couch where I am every single week for 3 days while I daylove for my grands and my kids work. I have lived part time an hour away from home every week since June 15th. It takes a village and I intend to be a large portion of that village.

Cannot wait to have grandkids and will watch them all day everyday! The hopes of doing so is the main reason I stay active and exercise!

Maybe there is more to this story. Maybe the grandparents are still working (bc of our crappy economy) and they are tired too. I tell you the older I get the more tired I feel. I can’t wait till I have grandchildren. I going to appreciate it instead of wishing it away. Life if hard. See what your parents might need in order to help out. Maybe go mow their yard as a trade. We are all working and we are all tired.

Your self entitled,we couldn't drop our kids to anyone but we did have common sense,we worked different shifts our break was when the kids were asleep and still worked a 60 hour week,if we had a night out we paid a babysitter.
