@CCSoludo @ti The Nigerian government should establish rules prioritising attracting the best developers, as average citizens may not have the necessary skills and experience.

This is the good part of my government, it's a win and it will change generations perspective. Ever since Derg, our main leaders on top have not been mentioned by Imbasilment, based own my understanding. But some how they do shity staff, I wish my leader grow out of his ego.
