Well it's said that plants can differentiate different colors, give nutrients to other plants through their root system, communicate and even scream in a pitch we can't hear. They've shown fear towards a landscaper. They know that you're almost home miles before you get there. They can tell people apart. They're conscious. They feel. They sacrifice. And they nurture. They can 'see'. Could've really been the wind but there is supposed to be a lot of evidence that says they really are conscious.

Tree makes in interesting g noise - kids copy it - tree does it again. Tree keeps doing when kids are sleeping in thier beds. It's not a conversation.

Sometimes I like to think of trees as just extremely slow animals. They do all the same things as other life, just at their own pace.

I just say hello when I hear a tree making sound. I think they can communicate. Nature is us and we are nature.
