Very amateurish cooking style and utensils like using a glass jar‼️‼️‼️ WHY⁉️⁉️ Use a glass bowl instead. Far easier to allow the dough to ferment and rise. Amount of butter is totally overkill ‼️ What is the point of this style⁉️ To be different⁉️ baking on a glass/STEEL bread making pan would be more efficient rather than a plastic bag. I suppose they’re a bit backward in Kigali Uganda I presume.
