The only cracking down that is a viable solution is 100 Percent cancelation of H-1B and removal from country

All VISAs should be stopped until every American who wants a job has one.

Outsourcing American jobs while laying off our own citizens is finally getting punished. This is exactly why we voted for Trump. Put American workers first!

And just like that, I got ANOTHER thing I voted for! Don’t listen to the clowns telling you Trump isn’t keeping his promises. Get out and vote red for more remigration and America first!

Every part of the Visa system that was enacted by executive order should be suspended (OPT, H4B etc). Today. When Congress comes back, suspend H1B.

This is a step in the right direction-Vance has stopped crying and started acting. When there are so many Americans looking for job, these generic IT companies cannot genuinely show that no American is available for the job which is a requirement for PERM.

Expand it to any partnering companies to the big tech. They are all infected too.

This is one of the things I've been hoping to see. I believe the chicken companies used these visas to destroy the farming in my hometown. They used fraud to replace the locals. I hope this investigation continues and I hope they start looking at Tyson and it's like.

The key distinction here is that the action targets the green-card pathway for H-1B workers, not a blanket cancellation of H-1B visas. The administration says alleged fraud and worker displacement are driving the crackdown.

They should stop processing existing renewals for these companies too. And of course H4 Scam

the way these same companies built their entire us workforce on cheap h1b labor while laying off americans and now act shocked when the receipts get read back to them. 230k approvals isnt a visa program anymore, thats a business model.

Need to fix the damn education system!!! Companies don’t do it to save money -some may, but that’s not the main reason. The main reason is bec the high talent in the U.S. is very hard to find. People finish high school without knowing shit. And finish college completely woke.

83% of H1B are entry level jobs. Millions of jobs taken from our youth. Most degrees land certificates are fraudulent. Once again hurting Americans.
