Why do colleges, who are in a money making buisness, get so much funding from the government?

I’m Jewish, and I take antisemitism seriously. But pulling $400 million in federal funding isn’t about protecting Jews—it’s about punishing political enemies. If this were really about fighting hate, the same standard would apply everywhere. It doesn’t.
