95% of USAID funding did not go to starving kids. You know this. In education, it required schools to teach LGBTQ principles, even in conservative cultures. It was a tool of the left.

This was clearly an act of political vengeance by Elon Musk and likely for USAID opposing Apartheid in South Africa. Nobody believes it has anything to do with efficiency or any serious allegations of fraud. If there was fraud that's dealt with by FBI not cancelling the agency.
