Fuel shortages or other restrictions have also been confirmed in Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Bryansk, Kursk, Vladimir, Murmansk, Tatarstan, Kemerovo, Adygea, Amur, Khanty-Mansi, Zabaykalsky, Rostov, Primorsky and Sakhalin. From Rostov to Zabaykalsky Krai, some form of fuel disruption is now being reported almost everywhere, while videos of massive queues at gas stations have become a daily sight in Russian social media.
