@FredDiBiase247 Most people with high blood pressure are sensitive to sodium & sweetners. We must be visualant of what's in our OTC's, Food & Drinks.

@FredDiBiase247 Diet is everything. If you’re low on B vitamins, you’re not processing Homocysteine well. If you’re low on Vitamin C, you can’t heal those damaged arteries with collagen, so the body uses Lp(a). That’s the origin story of blood pressure and clotting.

Cardiologist here. Some real scientific facts. 1. Elevated homocysteine can occur without an underlying gene mutation also. 2. Elevated homocysteine has been found to be ASSOCIATED with heart disease, peripheral artery disease, stroke. 3. Homocysteine in itself doesn’t itself “irritate the arteries” as he said. 4. We don't yet know exactly how high levels of homocysteine and heart disease are related. We don’t know whether homocysteine itself is harmful, or whether it is ONLY a market of increased risk for heart disease 5. TMG (trimethylglycine) or betaine when given with B vitamins can help reduce higher levels of homocysteine. Betaine supplements may increase cholesterol levels. Why would anyone take such stuff. No evidence of benefits in pts with high homocysteine. 6. You might not know the CAUSE for your essential hypertension, BUT what we know for sure from large randomised controlled trials that decreasing the numbers is going to help you live longer and be healthier. In all probabilities the guy speaking here knows some of the stuff. But talking real science would not get him ears and eyeballs.

@FredDiBiase247 By what standards are you Docs think it's high where did you get the info from ? Maybe we need to reevaluate our High and low , due to lifestyle and not make standards, maybe each blod type has its own pressure, or each race has irs own high low? maybe device needs calibration?

@FredDiBiase247 Yes but the stuff they say causes high blood pressure is 💯false. It literally comes down to sugar and processed foods.

@FredDiBiase247 I refuse meds. I’m sensitive to sodium so I just watch my sodium intake.

@FredDiBiase247 Charlatans with microphones and audience will be the death of us as a society. This is such a simplistic etiology of what they call essential or idiopathic hypertension. But he’s going to get a lot of likes because he’s going against the grain.
