I disagree. You need to see the end as complete and not look back. Doesn’t matter how it comes to pass because it is already here. What she just described is work hard and it will pay off, which is also true but not manifesting. Problem is most people cannot convince themselves.

She's describing what, in Ethics, is called the Means vs. The End. Neuroscientist Gabrielle Oettigen in her book "Rethinking Positive Thinking" agrees with what's in this clip. To achieve your goals focus on the MEANS. So funny watching all these people reverse-engineering ethics
