I'm not a traditional soccer fan, but I've been loving the World Cup this year. It certainly helps that Team USA is actually decent this year. Here in Atlanta, it's been very lively. A lot of energy everywhere. People from all over the world, packed bars, and a very festive atmosphere. So much division has been sown between nations, nationalities, races, religions, and political camps over the past few years. It's refreshing to see everyone just come together and have a good time and leave all of that mess behind just for a short time.

Hosting the World Cup in the United States has done more for World Peace than any international government symposium in history.

I can't believe I'm actually pretty pumped about this whole world cup thing not into sports at all let the global camaraderie is really awesome and I just love the mixing of our cultures this is the way it should be done not by force. I was in Ocean Beach yesterday and I heard that the entire town was exploded when the US won and chants of "USA USA " and multiple bars playing Born in the USA reported by my homie @LukeSlywaker . Unfortunately I missed that particular moment but we hung out and The vibes were high after I met up with him. I even got a FIFA scarf from one of the revelers.
